JUSTIN BIEBER wins Webby Award!

Beliebers has done it again, this time at the 15th annual WebbyAwards, known as the "Oscars Web."

Bieber's fans voted for justin at People's Voice Webby Award for his"Justin Bieber Takes Over Funny or Die" comedy video.

Other winning kändsar were: Zack Galifinakis and Conan O'Brien.
